How far in advance should I place my order?
We encourage customers to place their orders ASAP to ensure items are available. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED WITHIN 72hrs OF EVENT. We NO longer accept LAST MINUTE ORDERS NO EXCEPTIONS!
How do I place an order?

Is there a deposit required to book? How do I pay?
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RESERVE. We only accept electronic payments.
Will items be delivered or can I pick them up?
All items will be delivered and picked up during designated times which will be scheduled during the ordering process. WE DO NOT OFFER CUSTOMER PICK UP OPTION.
How will I know when my order is on its way?
A designated timeframe will be assigned when your order is placed and our driver will notify you when they are on the way.
Will my order be picked up the same day?
Yes if before 11pm otherwise next day pick up will be arranged.
What if my event ends later than expected?
No problem we will arrange for your items to be picked up the next day.
How long can I keep my order?
All items are priced for a 24hr rental period. Extended rental options are available at a discounted rate.
Am I able to keep my order longer than one day?
Yes we do offer extended day rentals with discounted pricing per day. Please click Quotes & Reservations (at top of page) to see extended rental pricing.
Do you deliver beyond the first floor?
Due to COVID-19 Sitting Pretty employees are not permitted in customer's homes or venues. All orders will be delivered & picked up at the door.
Will my order be set up for me?
This option is TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED.
Missing or Damaged items?
Any missing or damaged items are subject to a replacement fee cost per item will be listed on your contact. Please see policy tab for additional info.
Will linens arrive already pressed?
Yes linens will arrive pressed and nicely folded. However due to folding there will be some wrinkles but most customers leave them as is. View our photo gallery to see minor wrinkling.
